Everybody dreams. You can't choose to not dream, and nobody has a brain that "just doesn't." Dreams aren't just a silly thing that some people humor, its a brain function in sleep.
The only legitimate time somebody couldn't dream that I've ever heard of was when they suffered head trauma and came out of a coma.
A lot of people don't remember their dreams because they don't care. It is very easy to forget what you dream about, even just moving after a dream can erase it from memory.
To be more precise: I do dream, however all contents are simply nothing.
