hyrdo-electric generator from incoming water pipes/outgoing sewer from a house.

If you mean what I think you mean, you wouldn't gain energy. You'd still have energy costs to transport the water.

I didn't say that. I said the programs that are blocked by firewall may slow down you're router. That is why I said to turn it on.

How so? If they're getting blocked by a firewall, they aren't getting sent at all.
Also, what about I am router?
