Why isn't the chat on your server anymore?

Because I don't want to keep my ~120-230 watt desktop computer running 24/7, not to mention my home upload speed isn't exactly fast.

Why does the dash have an estimated monthly cost?

Because once you go over one dyno on Heroku you need to pay.
