this topic seems like it's become "my grandfather can beat up your grandfather!"

That's a cute tree, redjohn.Thought I did, I know I did it on deviantart to a comment, though:
Hey Lalam, people mentioned it earlier but you never really replied.. Have you considered putting your Toa's on Cuusoo? I think it would get a lot of support if you did.
Requires too many new parts to be made. It wouldn't happen, Bionicle was killed off because of a lack in sales. An online petition shows a very small amount of POSSIBLE sales. So they won't be reviving a dead line that'll require more effort on their part for what would probably be a flop.
That would be sick as forget..Well yeah, you wouldn't actually want any portions to be diecast. ABS won't hold up the metals too well, and the mold quality is obviously not that great. It's a show piece.
And of course, lol. I was mainly joking :P Is platinum heavy? I'd imagine that mask being really heavy compared to the rest of the figure :P
>takes normal mask of lightIf I do Takanuva I'm actually going to be spraying down all of the armor with gold lacquer.
>buys chrome spray paint
>sprays mask
Good enough
When I was a kid I hated Bionicle, was more partial to actual full Lego sets myself. Still am, don't like any of that technic stuff.Bionicle stuff was fun to play with.
That said, I just bought two of the newer Star Wars sets - The, what, third remake of the Republic Gunship and the second AT-TE. They're pretty cool. I still have the old Republic Gunship that came out in like 2002, #7163 I think.
It's sturdier than the older one too, but that's to be expected.
Not sure what to do with this one now. After a few years around someone who smoked it's in no condition for selling and has seen a lot of wear from playing. Guess I might just keep it for nostalgia.
that's a custom I thinkDid you take the time to read the description at all?
there were no shiny ones like that.
Lalam, could you please tell us what's behind your figures' masksI posted the modified piece list on my deviantart, which included what the head was. All 4 are modified differently. The only one that only has the chin piece removed is Onua -- Tahu's was sanded down almost entirely and modified to move down more, while Kopaka's and Lewa's were made specifically to hold the masks in a single place, closer in, and at a diagonal, because of their size and positioning. In turn, Kopaka's and Lewa's masks are both glued on, because I didn't have a drill bit that was the right size.
um funk... obamacare exists because of those companies. the ones you think republicans are trying to stop it for.A lot of statistic, some which I previously posted here, state otherwise. How in the world would they benefit from a system forcing them to act on certain policies which make them lose money?
the insurance companies are the ones who lobbied to have this exist. they wrote most of it. and Obama and his crew were the shills making money on it being passed.
I was thinking about getting SIC Ichigo, but I held back. I think it'd be a bit weird to have a SIC posed with a bunch of SHF.I have a bunch of SIC KT stuff in front of my SHFs.
They actually look pretty much the same size to meI said modern hero factory stuff. That was the first wave for Hero Factory.
HF has more width, but otherwise is pretty close.
That's one of the newer bionicles.
I know I have this guy hidden away in a big plastic lego box somewhere.
Unless he's remembering the larger, non-main character Bionicles, such as the original Makuta.Which was after the movie, after the nuva wave. Kind of apart of it, but still after.
Well unless the state can finance the roads.no wormhole stuff
