General Discussion / Is it just me or are a lot of in-game players no longer using their chat?

Seriously. Almost all the players that have joined my server in the past couple months don't even use their chat and don't talk. It's really annoying.

Anyone else noticed this?

Off Topic / Samsung GS6 speaker scratchy after water exposure; Help!

So I was trying to listen to a really quiet video on youtube after i had shaved, and I got shaving cream on my phone's Pelican case. Thinking my Galaxy S6 was supposed to be water resistant, I decided it'd be a good idea to go ahead and put it under the faucet to get the shaving cream off the phone with water. It worked, but apparently a small amount of water sprinked into the speaker area and now my speaker is all screwed up. The sound coming out of it is extremely scratchy, like ear rape, and I don't know if this is just due to water in the speaker or permanent damage to the speaker by the water exposure.

What can I do to help fix this, short of having to get a new phone?

I already tried letting the phone stand upright and dry out for several hours, but that didn't help. In fact now the speaker quality seems even worse!

I need a brick camera event system for my ship i'm building, but the current camera mod is super old and causes tons of console spam; barely even works. Any chance a new one could get made or the old one gets fixed?

Help / Lag spikes when using VCE with relays

I am trying to develop a working power system for my ship on Blockland using relays to add variable-based measurements of "power" to my ship's power supply. However, for some reason, every time the relay is sent for the ship's core to add more power, the game gets a serious FPS drop. I can't figure out why. No console errors whatsoever. It's really weird.
Any way I could fix this?

I need a functioning environmental control event mod for my server, that lets me change the skybox to any of the ones i have loaded on my server, as well as changing the sky color to anything I want. I can't do this with the current environment event mod because it's totally broken.

Help / Server won't launch: Stuck on "connection accepted"

For some reason today after downloading updates for the New Duplicator mod, my server won't launch anymore. I haven't installed or downloaded any other mods in the past couple days, so all I can think of is that something in the New Duplicator mod is screwing up my server launching.

"Alf˛": Trying to crash multiple servers + richard tower spam


For the past month or so I've had a user named "Alf˛" visit my server every other day or so, minding his own business, not doing anything wrong, just exploring the builds and such. He's been very quiet as well.

But that seems to have completely changed now.
Last night, Alf joined, and I assumed as normal that he's visited again to explore and fly around. I was building stuff, minding my own business, and chatting with my friend Groot.
Suddenly my FPS dropped dramatically while I was building a hallway in my ship, and the server slowed to a crawl. I orbed outside to see what the hell was going on, and I was promptly greeted by this sight:




I quickly banned Alf and cleared his gore explosion spam and giant richard tower. However, it appears I am not the only one he's done this to. He'd apparently come to my server right after being permabanned from Dread and Ace's spacebuild for doing the exact same thing:



I recommend banning Alf so he doesn't try this same stuff on your server. His ID is 7829.

seriously. ive been playing this game since 2009 and i still havent gotten bored of it. this game has infinite replay value cause theres infinite things to do and build.
