AHAHHAHA
BAHAHHA
OH MY GOD
MY SIDES

I hope your dad does not work with computers because he's too stupid for them
he is really slow when doing stuff on the computer, but not as bad as my mom. she doesn't even know how to use the back button on the internet browser, and she's lost countless job opportunities sent to her because she doesn't know how to use email. she can't adapt to modern technology, she's paying the price.

my sister on the other hand, she just spends her entire day on her trusty $2,000 macbook pro looking up videos of trampoline accidents and cute cat pictures and listening to one direction/justin beiber on itunes. she only discovered rickroll about 6 months ago and overly attached girlfriend last week.

Internet Explorer AND Norton and your computer still functions properly? The salesman is more than likely a commissioned affiliate with Norton / Microsoft.

Edit:
Google needs to make an anti-virus.
i'm sure he only did it because microsoft security essentials is free and norton costs like $50 when he sold it to my dad, he just wanted my dad to buy more stuff. but nope. nobody ever listens to me in my household. we once had a huge virus attack on our last desktop, and before it broke, our internet explorer toolbars and tabs took up a quarter of the screen.

My dad made the brilliant idea of installing norton and internet explorer on our new desktop. he claims the sales guy who said he's a computer expert says internet explorer and norton are far superior to chrome and microsoft security essentials, and that i shouldnt remove them from the computer. im still mad at him for refusing to listen to reason.

even my sister is mad at me for trying to put chrome on the computer. she says im "breaking the internet" and that internet explorer is better. when i ask her why she always replies with "just because" and when i try to explain why she's wrong she just plugs her ears and goes "lalala i cant hear you" or sarcastically says "thats great" or "cool" "awesome". my family members can just be so stubborn at times.

yeah, i used to use youtube-mp3 all the time to convert to MP3 sound effects i heard in videos. apparently thats "stealing money" from the stupid extremely rich people like lady gaga who already make millions, if not billions of dollars per year. way to go google.

Jeremy.....Jeremy has a boner.
LOL i never even noticed.

but seriously, how dare they turn aelita into something like this! she looked so much cuter in the original series than in this live action! i dont see any resemblance at all besides the hair!

we get alot of black racer snakes around my house. just last year when summer was close to starting, i was about to open the garage door to my house when a black racer slithered right accross my driveway just 2 meters in front of me (metric system is superior!)

it'd be funny if they equipped it with gear to be an icebreaker so it could go out and destroy icebergs :cookieMonster:

i'm sorry planr but the thing i hated about code lyoko is the idea of it never progressing
so what if they go back in time what did they possibly do to render an event like reverse gravity to not happen! the viruses will just be back i am sure
and it takes them a whole episode normally to kill like what
3 creatures
and characters like the gym teacher finding out about the place was cool but then nope!
also i think from left to right is uhh
uhm
if this is all in reference to just the first season of the show, you're absolutely right. all the other seasons are much more plot-focused. also the effects of XANA's attacks are stopped as soon as the tower he uses on lyoko is deactivated, rendering the people, objects and other things he possesses/changes returned to normal. the return to the past covers up anyone else remembering the event, and fixes physical damage taken to both people and buildings. it can't bring back the dead though, but we never actually witness a character in the show dying before a return to the past can be initiated.

also just found this official image revealing the live-action outfits of the characters in evolution

NO NO NO NO NO NO. GOOD GOSH JEREMY AND ODD LOOK ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. the other character actors on the webpage, (not in this image) like the principal, dont even bear much resemblance to the characters they're supposed to be playing! they might as well have just made this all as a reboot instead with these kind of drastic differences! agh!

woah I never noticed this.
and I used to watch code lyoko alot.

yeah
here's a quick list of all the stuff i can remember off the top of my head right now:

  • In the episode where Odd and Yumi accidentally switch bodies, odd is talking with the group about how he liked being a guy so much better and was like "for example, there's this thing you're wearing that's really itching my back. i think it's the strap to your... (he was about to say bra)" and she replies with "dont you DARE take it off!"
  • In multiple epsides, there is a heavily reused scene of Yumi talking to someone on a cellphone while in her underpants in the bathroom
  • In what was the pilot episode, there's a scene with yumi in a bathtub. nothing explicit is shown of course but we see her get out of the tub, but lower legs and below seen only. we then see a medium-distance shot of her in just a towel.
  • In the episode where Odd accidentally gets his genetic code combined with his dog, he is in his dorm room with the group as they discuss what to do, and he suddenly pulls down his pants in front of everyone, but the shot cuts before we see anything explicit. the next moment, aelita is covering her eyes, jeremy says "cut it out!", shields himself with his computer, and everyone else does likewise; it completely implies that odd's naked from the waist down.
  • There are several scenes in multiple episodes of odd, ulrich and other boys in the boy's bathroom dressed in nothing but towels, and odd dances around while wearing one, just after coming out of the shower.
  • There is an infrequently reused scene of Aelita (who is usually considered the "innocent little girl" character) taking a shower. we can see some cleavage (and almost see her breasts) and it shows her from there to above during a moment when she's nude while under the showerhead, and also a shot of her throwing all her clothes on the floor.
  • In the pilot episode, there is a scene where we see the school principal's daughter sissi dressed in nothing but a bra and panties in her room, and a shot focusing on the wall when she throws her clothes against it.
  • In one scene, yumi and ulrich are trapped in a very hot room and are forced to strip down to their underpants, displaying obvious embarrassment.
  • In one of the early second season episodes, there's a scene where aelita goes into the boy's bathroom, and after she closes the door we hear lots of shouting and screaming. it's suggested some of the male characters were nude and then put towels on to cover themselves, then they shout "get her out of here!".
  • (Unsure about this one) I believe there was a scene at a pool where it's implied a girl's top came off while she was in the pool, and she floats to the top and reacts with embarrassment.
  • In one episode, XANA possesses a vine to go up yumi's shirt.

there's probably many more examples of this kind of borderline innuendo in the show too.

first good

then awful

I MISS GOOD SHOWS
this.

now they just have ridiculous cartoon shows with borderline content for what's supposed to be a kid's cartoon station. then again, i guess back in 2006 and such, code lyoko could've been considered a little bit borderline. almost every kid has a shower scene and only going back and rewatching the series now have i realized just how much loveual innuendo or crude content there really is. at least they could keep their speech clean.

i wish they could just have decent shows without having to go "crap, piss, damn, hell, etc..." and portraying grossly messed up and exaggerated faces and nipple outlines on shirts and ridiculously stretched-out unfunny jokes and stuff. i mean, it just shows how much the channel's degraded...

nick's always been worse imo, its dropped to the equivalence of disney channel these days with stupid shows like victorious icarly and other stuff plaguing it. it's been so long since ive watched this channel too so i dont even know if those shows are still running.

even your avatar's scared to go!

the last time i went to a haunted house, i was just a little kid and it was a pretty crummy haunted house too. just a really dark place with a scary guy dressed up as a clown at the entrance, then an inner area with curtains and high schoolers putting their hands out of holes in them and waving them around, then the end part with another guy wearing that screamer face with a baseball referree uniform and strobe lights everywhere. it was loud too.

hope your experience is an authentic one, and actually scary!
