In all honesty, I don't really like neither Tenshi or Lalam, but if I had to choose between the two i'd definitely choose Lalam.

Absolutely yes. It could omit servers from a query based on the host's BL_IDs or something.

No profanity happens to be an OK rule.If I go to a server that has idiotic rules, I know better than to waste my time with them. Those 'no swearing' rules are generally pointless and handicapped, and usually the servers that try to enforce such stupid rules only attract idiots.
It's also stuffty rule because the admins usually always go overboard and permaban people just for saying a minor swear such as"damn". If they don't want swearing on their servers they are better off just playing roblox, because blockland was not made specifically for children.
