Using modvariable and onvariableupdate to mimic relays fixed the problem instead. I no longer get the FPS drop.

I can't get teams to balance properly when it comes to weighting. I have one team set to 10 weight and the other to 1. But for some reason every time a round starts, no one is put into the smaller team even though there are people that could fill it.
