Death Race is one of the most successful gamemodes hosted on Blockland, outlasting a vast majority of other servers and still standing the test of time. The objective of the game is to either kill all of the other racers, or to reach the end of the track to win the race. The V1 track, otherwise known as “The Classic” features no traps or evented bits, however its sister-course is planned to have a plethora of traps, stunt areas, shortcuts and mayhem. Death Race contestants can drive anything ranging from Filipe’s New Jeep, to Phydeoux’s Apocalypse Pickup.

• What does FAQ stand for?

Just kidding it means Frequently Asked Questions.
• If I have a sniper rifle, am I allowed to snipe people?
Depends, can you actually hit them? Snipers will never be hit-scan weapons, so you must account for projectile speed, reload time and fire interval to be a good sniper. Aside from that, it is allowed.
• How can I become an admin?
All admins are selected by Kong123 based upon their activity on the server, their knowledge of the admin team, and a little bit of biased opinion on how much Kong123 likes you. Thought sometimes he’ll admin you if you can improve the server via de-bugging, building or eventing.
• How do I get points?
You can either race through the entire track, and activate the ‘winner’ function (currently a button, this may change in the future) OR Kill everyone. Just don’t tell the police I told you to do that.
• My question isn't in the FAQ, help! What do I do!?

« on: February 23, 2014, 01:27:34 PM »when i joined, i was asked not to swear. suddenly, someone with a 'sean' in their name tried to kill me out of nowhere. i was running from him when he died, and suddenly i get to play a wave survival because that's apparently what happens.we decided we don't ban for swearing , and I'm guessing Sean is. Little twerk who sdosent have a life
i barricade myself in the house and last 71 rounds. beasterbunny tells me to go outside or he'll ban me, which i die from. the spoils of my waves are deleted from my inventory (possibly from beasterbunny), and aforementioned guy who tries to kill me succeeds, and says "you killed me." i was running from you how could i. i said 'dammit.' then i got banned.
what is up with your administration kong

I've been developing a new system feature, Simon power-ups.
Basically these are extra buttons that cost Simon points, so use them wisely. I'm also planning on some other uses of points, such as player power-ups (fast motion player, extra health, etc) although these will be VERY expensive to prevent players from using them every round.
In case you guys were wondering, you gain 1 point for playing a round, 5 points if you win. Therefore you can get 6 points if you win a round.
I'm assuming most of v8 will be complete by Friday. This will also include a few extensions to the lobby.
