Off Topic / PLEASE!!! help me find a lost 3D animated short from a long time ago

ok this sounds really stupid but for like 10 or so years i've been trying to remember a 3d animated short that I saw when I was younger on a site like Metacafe or Dailymotion. i can't remember it perfectly but i'll say what i know. there was a balloon cart i think and it rolled down a hill and stuff and eventually the strings got cut and it was like a happy ending because the balloons weren't tied down anymore. there were no people, no voices, and the balloons couldn't talk, there was only music and sound effects probably. it's from the early 2000's and I can't find any information on it. PLEASE help me find it, it's killing me.

      On June 15, 2014, Austin Hargrave a.k.a; PeanutButterGamer, was arrested in his Washington home due to possession of drugs. He was found in

his upstairs bedroom, foaming at the mouth, and screaming profanities. Police investigated the area and found large quantities of cannabis and

cocaine. Large amounts of alcohol were also thought to be a cause. He is currently in the Western State Hospital recovering. His girlfriend, Danielle,

told Washington Police 'he had been acting odd lately' and 'he wasn't like himself'.

      Holy stuff.
