So, for the past around 3 weeks, whenever I try to upload a video on YouTube, it gives me this after about a minute of waiting:
I've tried reloading, but this keeps happening. When I choose the basic uploader, it lets me put in the basic video information, (title, description, tags, etc.) But when I click upload video, it just says, "Connecting..." in my Firefox tab. I've let it load for around 30 minutes on each attempt, but nothing happens. Has/does anyone else have this problem?

Off Topic / why does youtube show my Windows toolbar in fullscreen

how can I fix this from happening. I've tried closing the application, etc. I don't want to use the "hide toolbar" function.
