Tsar ALexander III passes, a large funeral is held in St Fydorsgobod.

Alexander IV, however, will not be crowned Tsar. Instead, Alexander IV states that the government of the royal family will be honorably stepping down and most powers will be separated between new executive and legislative branches, mostly influenced by the current parliament. He makes a speech announcing the end of Belsnia's expansion. He also states the nation's plans to pass more civil rights acts and laws that increase the political freedoms of most everyone in Belsnia. The official name of the nation is to be announced. Elections for positions in the new government will take place in 2 months.

Almost all activity in the nation is halted as a song is played over all normal programming.

Not a word is spoken, but it is known, that all ethnicities have felt a surge of Rosyian (Belsnian) patriotism.

The song is heard from many Yaslovakians that live on the border.

Congrats. I have my PPL and IFR rating I received a couple months ago. In the US I believe you only need a class III medical certificate to be a student pilot. How far are you planning to take the career? ATP?
