Russian diplomats begin negotiating with multiple African nations' governments with much success, considering their power and social situation. Africa South of the Sahara is said to be completely annexed within the next 8-10 years.
The African invasion stops where the North African oil fields stop. Any nations South of these relate to the annexation.
