What is W.A.R.?

W.A.R. Is a clan revolving around Roleplaying, Maps, and Building houses. We don't host servers with default roads, half finished buildings, or default maps. We spend time building our own maps, houses, and roleplay stories. You don't even need to be an expert roleplayer to join, but you need to meet expectations so we're not stuck with "im gunna be an assassin where do i buy guns" filling the chat.

How do I join?

Joining, to prevent a massive spam of players, won't be really easy. Follow the instructions step by step, and if your application meets our expectations AND requirements, you'll get in.
We're looking for people who can roleplay with or without RP Add-ons, and who can roleplay properly without causing dumb arguments.

Approved RP Characters

These are the Protagonists who aren't normally going to be killed off during our RPs, and can be transferred from each Roleplay to the next without conflict (Unless the RP is specific to not allowing them.) Each of them would have their own default RP they're fitted into, but can also be used with altered back story in different RPs. Each of them have a backstory, and since most of our RPs are based after 1905, should be easy to transfer. They would have their own avatar, weather it be the avatar you always use, or an avatar you saved. And remember, personality matters.

Saturday, just after Christmas, me and a group of friends, Matador, Chewy, Mr. Unicode, Jean Kischtein, connorrocks, and (Iirc) Silleb, started working on a design for a large scale City RP map. Our plan was to have various small towns and villages spread out around the map, a suburban area, then in the center of the suburbs a large city. We planned out rivers, highways, roads, tracks, and were going to plan water pumps and sub stations. But, after a while of frustration, we gave up our project. Then the next day, I start up a server not really knowing what I'm doing, and decide to make a new model for the map. I spent around an hour making this and the main roadmap.

One stud, = One x64 Modter cube.

I know, it sounds pretty big, its actually a 64x4 perimeter. But, that doesn't matter to me. My plan involves long hours a day creating each section of the map. So far I have the bottom right corner in progress.
I plan on making this a year long project, maybe just months, but a long project.

Things to do:

Complete Terrain - Literally 0.8% Done
Create Main Roads and Bridges
Make Several Shopping Centers and Strip Malls
Work On a Couple State Police Stations
Start Designing / Building the Smaller Road Systems
Design / Build the Suburbs
Design / Build the Default City Buildings and Local PDs/Fire stations.


I'm also working on various Pump stations, water towers, and Sub Stations. All accessible, though small so reduce lag. (Not all civilian houses and office towers will be accessible, only smaller builds and commercial storefronts.) I'll have pictures up tomorrow.

Alternative to VCE, this would be useful for CRPGs that refuse to use it.

It would be an output event, that goes into the Enter button for a code door.
The output would have a text box, and if you typed the name of each number for the code door in order from 1-# (Example:

Codedoor - BOXTEXT [ Button1, Button2, Button3]

Button1 would be assigned the value 1, Button2 would be assigned 2, etc.

And a second box next to that, for how the code order goes:

Codedoor - BOXTEXT [ Button, Buttontwp, Buttonthree] - BOXTEXT [ 3 1 2 ]

Buttonthree would have to be pressed first, then buttonone, etc.

it would have to be clicked once after the event is placed to activate it

Suggestions & Requests / Talking animation on hotkey?

I know there is an addon for this somewhere, it was on the front page of addons at one point but now I am unable to find it. I've searched "Talking" and "Talking Animation" in addons, both came up with people either saying Talking or animation separately. Does anyone have a download?
The add-on makes your character start moving like it does when you chat, on hotkey pressed.
