It really depends though, if it's obesity it can. But the weight that Stocking is at, for example, is perfectly healthy. Then people try to tell her she IS obese, and then she BECOMES unhealthy.

Do you even know her BMI?

Until you know her height and weight, I don't really think you should be saying if she's healthy or not.

Waist size most of the time corresponds with health in normal human beings.

Also, I really doubt those people killed themselves over a few people lying to them and/or calling them fat. Self Delete occurs from a series of lifelong events.
