There's no need for that, you'll conceal it under your jacket.

Some stories have characters that don't really have arms. At least put a reason why he doesn't have arms
Are they in his pockets?
Does he have robo arms that he finds?
Or what?

They're not there because

A. Stylistic choice
B. There's really no way to have the arms out all the time without it looking dumb
C. Veggie Tales
and D. Stop obsessing over goddamn arms
