Yes I am telling you that. And no not minecraft.
Tell me, how is roblox competing with blockland?

Children with a niche interest in building blocks and competitions/roleplay contained within their creations.

Definitely sounds like a competitor for ROBLOX and Minecraft to me, to be honest.

Building music bricks and a shop. It finally crashed. But, it doesn't look like much of a help.

Upload the console.log to Mediafire, please.

Oh. Whooops. Sorry. I thought from the title's wording "when i try to start my own game" it meant the actual server.

Two more things I'd like you to try before I bugger off.

Delete the Config
1. Navigate to Documents/Blockland/Config/Client/ and move the "config.cs" file to your desktop.
2. Start the game.

If it continues to crash, put it back and do the next thing.
If it's fixed, just delete the config file and play.

Trace
1. Find the shortcut you use to launch Blockland.
2. Click it, then Ctrl+Drag to duplicate the icon.
3. Right click the duplicate.
4. "Properties"
5. Add -trace to the end of the Target field. It should look like the attachment.
6. Okay
7. Start game using this icon.
8. After it crashes, upload the new console once again.

The weapon has a built-in animation called "Spin"

This triggers it:
stateSequence[2]              = "Spin";

Not what he's asking.

The reason that the spin sequence starts outside of the firing state is because the animation would look really goofy and glitchy if it restarted every shot. Instead, in spinUp, it starts the cyclic animation once, and then it keeps going until the weapon's trigger is released.

I'm not seeing any problems.

Can you load a map that isn't made by you, like the Bedroom? Try doing that with default add-ons. If it doesn't crash, it's your stuff.

I deleted Logger. I am now on trace. Waiting for the crash...

You gotta trigger it by doing something. What are you doing when it crashes usually?

It's a bad idea to upgrade to Torque3D because Blockland simply does not need what it offers. Blockland is cartoony, simple. All that complex rendering and stuff isn't required. It has its own charm like Minecraft and Terraria do.

What would be nice to have is more shaders. I asked Badspot a few months ago about a L4D style outline of characters. There's also a dire need for selection what people see what. Coloring names green for your team, red for enemy teams, and white to non-minigame participants. Setting name distance on similar algorithms, etc, etc.

I PM'd him about a suggestion for the Skybox and he didn't even reply.

It kills me how little it seems he cares. There's all these cool ideas people have floating around and not a single forget is ever given about them. The only mod he accommodates is RTB.
