I don't have Blender to export the model to a .DTS file and I don't know that much about the model offset commands in Torque but I do know that those commands exist.

Download a blender exporter. You said it was easy to offset it.

Honestly, the best thing to do for new people is to not give them code. It's better to just explain it to them because what they're asking is usually waaaay too broad or too big.

Coding help should be for help like "Help! I cannot figure out how to organize my data." or "Trouble setting up SQL queries" and not topics like "How do I make a gun" or "How do I make a RTB like mod." Coding help is supposed to be more of a last resort for debugging problems than a thing to pull large chunks of code from.

You have no idea what you are talking about. First of all, I believe you can offset the model so it fits where you want it to fit. Second of all, you can do any code you want for when you fire the item. This would be really easy to make, the model doesn't even have to be that detailed since it's a whistle and it could be made pretty fast. If no one can package a whistle sound effect then I can always find and package the sound effect myself. I just need someone to model it and do the basic script so that it fits where the blockhead's mouth should be and the hands are placed down or one of the hands turns invisible if someone adds a hand to the model to make it more realistic.

If its so easy, then why don't you do it?

My recommendation is use Milkshape 3D

It's easier and more advanced than wings 3d. You can make it blocky or realistic in MS3D.

How would I count ticks with a playertype? then, everytime a tick goes down, a message is sent to the client. Once after like tick 10, it starts slowly damaging the client. and a item can restore a tick.

(ticks displayed on energy bar in like a playertype.
