I've played with a gamecube controller, n64 controller, wiichuck and dpadmote, and I must say (probably unpopular opinion warning) The 3DS is my favorite way to control Smash to date.

A lot of rumors and leaks are coming in saying The Wii U version is coming out November 21st in the US. Unless we get proof saying otherwise I'm pretty sure this is legit.

Rumor: Exclusive mode for the Wii U version leaked. "Tower of Smash" What do you all think?
The mode sounds cool but the whole "all characters and stages unlocked from the get go" part leads me to believe it's bullstuff.

« on: September 13, 2014, 01:27:43 PM »it took me a few hours to realize that the throw/grab move is R + AI've been doing grabs with just using L, and I use my shield and roll with R.
it'd be nice if the demo displayed controls on it during load screens
