I know that this isn't finished, but, if this is based on Alcatraz while it was still intact (Around 1935) it should be a lot bigger, and it should have a industrial building, rec yard, apartments, ferry dock, (Two guard towers? I think they might have had one.) Warden's mansion, Warden's club house (I think that was it was called.) A shop (For apartments.) and a electric shop (I think that was what it was called.) But you can make Alcatraz your own way.
