Walter sighs at the loss for words and stands for awhile trying to jog something up in his head

"Aesthia was going to have an incredibly hard time assaulting the Imperials regardless, I recall hearing from Rikard awhile back before you even defected about having to use nuclear weapons. Do you think Aesthia could ever mount a ground war on the Imperials and win? They would have a hell of a time trying to bomb out the capital with conventional munitions too." He rubs the back of his neck "You never answered me either. Who gave you the idea? just yourself?"

Walter squints as he processes and thinks for a few moments trying to sort out what to say

"I remember him mentioning something about the thunderbolts being lost but I can't recall at this moment, my head is too foggy from everything that's been happening. There's a lot to consider, but I see where you're coming from." he says rubbing his brow to deal with another onset headache from weighing different views. "Aesthia was already destined to have a hard time fighting the Imperials here. I think the missiles may have just been the thing that broke the camel..." He trails off in regret at the last sentence, looking at Arkhip's worried eyes, finally cuing in to his facial expression partially obscured by his mask. "...but why would you be subject to blame here, it's not like you knew it would trigger this kind of reaction. Aesthia is the country that is waning and desperate to win here, they have had larger or equivalent losses before that amounted to this."

Nodding off while listening to the drone of a foreign language with his eyes drooped shut from the fatigue, Walter jolts up out of surprise at the sudden question. He looks over with a drained face before realizing it's just Arkhip.

"Blame you... because the thunderbolts? did your former colleagues get a snip at you too when they took them to the brig? "

Walter just sighs and shakes his head, knowing he wouldn't be able to change anything in the conversation if he continued to even try. He glances over at Coma's stretcher one last time before heading to another catwalk to get some air and cool off, whether that be the damaged catwalk or another intact one. He sits down on the edge with a post between his legs and slumps down onto the railing as he rethinks the previous events.

: Of course it wasn't the loyalists on the ship who detonated the payload, do you think the Sky Marshal was just going to let that mutinous piece of stuff hand nuclear weapons over to the Imps?

"Oh? and the Imperials don't have nuclear weapons they can shoot back already? are you scared of that?"

I'm sure that you're thrilled all your effort was in vain."

Walter crosses his arms and ponders for a moment

"Fair enough, but with where both of us are respectively standing I'll have to say I questioned the right set of orders. You're going to have to sit here and watch as the air fleet is defeated, or likely be vaporized in a blast indiscriminately like the rest of us on this carrier."

Walter seems annoyed and taken aback for a slight moment before responding, narrowing his eyes at him

"I unfortunately don't have the luxury of being able to avoid other people while dealing with him. If I really had it out for you then I wouldn't be over here concerning myself with someones well-being." He motions towards the direction Pansar went off in. "His plan can't possibly work, I don't see how, and I cannot for the life of me understand how you and the others would think so as well. Even if the intelligence the Kintharians have is false, it's not far-fetched that the Imperials have already counteracted it to do just that."

albeit I still skip a handful of songs on the last album, but it's an album I'll skip less songs on through than other ones.
OH also lovlier other's effort but that's only 4 songs

Walter breathes out a long sigh to relieve some built up pressure while rubbing his brow for awhile as he ponders

This is different, I barely knew her- but it was still a face. Thought I wouldn't have to deal with it there for a moment.

He moves his arms back to a resting position crossed along his chest before turning towards Kommandant and making eye contact before speaking for a moment

"And what of Morten? is he stable?"

Walter glazes over the group of pilots again near the VTOL and receives a peculiar feeling as his lungs turn over in his chest and begin to feel tight again, like they had previously while he was thinking about the previous sortie.

"Oh. Alright. "

Without thinking about it further, his body impulsively pushes himself towards the group and the covered stretcher to affirm for himself, although he already knows the answer.

The stretchers catch Walter's attention and he hops down off the crates he was sitting on near the Skepna's looming presence in the hanger. He strolls over to Jaakko to inquire but not before he manages to see the other pilots being offloaded, making the question more rhetorical.

"Wait, If all of those guys are still kicking- Then that means those two were Pansar and... Coma? I would have never thought that she survived that shot."
