A request is made to the Russians for torcreep bomber, dive bomber and fighter designs.

A request is made to Turkey for free passage through the Bosphorus and Dardanelles straits, as well as the Sea of Marmara.

Land troops are being trained in Transilvania. Tanks are also being produced.
