if the guard is repeatedly firing regardless of the fact that there's someone standing in front then it's the guard's fault, he should be punished
if there are prisoners using themselves as meatshields to block such person, they shouldn't be ressed as it's their fault
if a prisoner does something illegal and hides in front of their teammates and the guard doesn't realize that the shield is lethally close to his target then it's nobody's fault, the prisoner gets ressed and things move on

no i mean ive seen a guy run from in front of the line get shot at run behind and have literally 5+ people killed in crossfire and ressed

i dont like how many people get rezzed through "crossfire" as it makes the guards have no reason to not just follow the guy with their HMG and kill anyone the guy hides behind because theyll just get rezzed through crossfire rule and guard will not have any punishment

There is the default warping for admins command /warp

You also have Tool_Jumpgun on the RTB addons archives, which lets the player blink.
You can change the distance they are allowed to jump in the prefs.

That was amazing, we crashed the entire server.
So what happened was it was chaos mode, everybody was ZC and there was 1 BOOM boy, we all went to roof and boom boy exploded causing everyone to go flying off the roof, and everyone fell to their death at the same time causing the server to go down.

You should remove boom boy
