But if he gets taxpayers money for being deaf and not doing anything useful, then hell yes he can go forget himself. DEAF, THEY DON'T NEED MONEY.
From what i've collected, he was born in the 70's and has yet to have shown any signs of having a wife or a job in his photos.
It's obvious he's on government money.
