i've pondered this myself, but as tyler said half the time its just an attention stunt.

Leaving threads are all for attention, it's logical.
People make leaving threads since they want everyone to know they are gone, this is a "honest" leaving thread type, but it's still asking for attention.

Everyone saying "No", shut up, we all know the point already, but it would be more mature to actually state the reason.
First of all, this would just be a impractical gimmick, it's like replacing replacing dr.breen in HL2 with a teletubby, there's hardly a point to it at all, it would merely be a reskin.

British people still in education, you know the drill.
No lessons for me, all day we're just doing stuff, there's alot of nice food on sale that gets it's profit donated to children in need, and we get to wear anything you want.
Next lesson, we might be watching a movie, hopefully not shrek 3 again like we've done the last few years.

On a serious note, good luck on it, be warned that there is alot of fake mobile bioshock games around, aswell as Half life and etc, i've tried to find a good half-life based one but all is fake.
