Drama / Permenantly banned by "Eevee" at gravity cat's server for "cross base camping"

I hadn't played for more than 5 minutes before I was told by an admin that I was being banned for "cross base camping"

I had joined the server; met with a friend of mine saying something along the lines of "Gravity cat left an idiot admin to administrate the server"

so I played for a bit, and there is absolutely NO warning pertaining to "cross base camping", so I played for a bit, died a couple times, one (or two) rounds go by and instead of moving in from the center of the map, I sneak around the side; at this point I'm at a position in which I can kill anybody that comes around a corner

I had no idea that beyond this corner, around 16 - 32 studs away, was the base exit; and where I was standing was not the only way forward

I guess I must have killed Eevee because "she" started saying that I was going to be banned for cross base camping

Again, NO warning, no notice in the build anywhere, or anything like that

no chat logs because I seem to have misplaced my chat logger add-on

It'd be nice if everything but the most important stuff (key configuration and stuff) were open-source, like the event system, if you could see the coding for that, coding for the GUI's, coding for the vehicle physics, and edit them freely

Off Topic / Are people really allowed to take a persons belongings if they are trespassing?

I'd like to know what you guys think; are people in the right when they take a persons belongings, if they happen to be caught trespassing?

Ex: A security catches a kid trespassing and takes his skateboard and tells him to leave; first offense

I believe the security guard jumps to conclusions too quickly; and instead of taking the skateboard should have simply asked them to leave, who knows? maybe it wouldn't have turned into a fight

But that still leaves the question as to whether or not he is even obligated to take the skateboard
