I say that from experience, I have never played with a worse weapon pack, and I am not thankful for the weapon pack.

What if the majority of the players that join a server like Tezuni's server give it five stars for no reason?

up until a couple of years ago, I was living at someone different's house, like, every six months. the only times I enjoyed it was when my dad was home, and could keep me (my mom couldn't keep me ever, but that's a different story)
the rest of it sucked

At the risk of stepping where I should not; and keep in mind this is only my opinion on what little information you've given in the OP; you should look into moving into a home with your father; have the back and forth custody type of thing.
Your mother is in the wrong here, and by the sounds of it, is the cause of the problems.
