MrCookie was nice enough to pop in and give me a few pointers, so here's some fixes;

Door height has been altered from 5x to 6x.
Removed the side wall in the dining room to create a more open feel.
Got rid of the pyramid stairs and added a railing.

Not bad at all, but I can't decide how much I like it haha.

Also not sure if you figured it out yet but did you mean gazebo?

Haha, yes, I did mean gazebo, thanks. :p

Good job, might not get good reviews in a catalogue, can you imagine a couple saying, "I want to but clusterforget mansion."? But it is nice.

stuff, I'd live here.

This was really fun to build. <3

i would've loved to help more, but alas, my trust disappeared and you went AFK  :(

Yeah, I cleared my trust list a few days ago. My bad. :x

The title seems pretty appropriate :)

Agreed. :]

Holy forget, this is amazing. You might want to look at interior design as a career, if you haven't got a job already.

Haha, already in Uni, interior design was something I figured I'd want to do, but it's incredibly impractical IMO because of the current economy. Most people use google and Lowes, and not an over-priced interior decorator.

The separation of the kitchen and dinning room is unpractical. No one would want to walk around a wall to reach their dinning room from their kitchen - serving food would be a huge pain. Many things in your house are in odd and questionable spots considering the amount of space which you had. I understand though if you had built the exterior first, which would leave some errors for interior leveling.

The door heights are also very low compared to the wall height, so it looks like all the entrances are for moles.

I would also suggest windows in your washrooms. Everybody loves natural light in their washrooms. Having no natural light makes it look very confined.

The top levels of the house have a very dark and gloomy choice of colours, which make it look like a dungeon. the gray you used along with the dark muddy colours for the baseboards makes it look like a cave up there. It really just looks like the main floor was renovated, and the top levels were left as they were a couple hundred years ago.

You have some decent furniture though, and the little outdoor fireplace is very neat.

Yeah, the interior is a train-wreck for the most part, Lad and I pretty much winged it from the get go, I made the majority of the exterior first because I was never planning on working on the interior to begin with. And then when I started work on the interior, it ended up getting so cluttered and messy that I just went with that flow and tried to make the best of it. Working on it now though, perfecting little details and such.

also, how'd you make the fence?
i'm thinking those panel bricks from the one random pack? then with octogon cones for the top things?

indeed. ladezkiks personal creation. used the same style for the back halls staircase;

I understand it's a generic style, but it uses the exact same brick placement as the old one

Or you know, it uses the exact same brick placement as the 3 images I posted above.

I don't mean a real house i mean a bl house someone made before

Alright, but see, you're missing the point that I've clearly made multiple times. You're implying I copied something, then I linked you to 3 images of the exact same style and you're still convinced that I stole it. How many times must I say that it's an incredibly generic front of a build before you understand that you are in fact (as hard as it may be to get the point across to you), wrong.

the only part of the build that you copied is the front of the house, i cant remember who made it, but it was the exact same

so, you're going to sit here and pester me with your half-baked theory of this build being stolen when it has the most generic front of a house ever? cheers mate.

I know you copied the front because i tried to replicate the build when i saw it

the old topic

well, as convinced as you sound, I can 100% guarantee that I didn't try to replicate any build. Actually, the only thing that I copied anything from is from this picture on Brickshelf; http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Yurikostar/houses/town-mansion/second-floor/premier-etage.jpg

and i used it for an idea on how to make the flooring.
