The Devastator is a two handed weapon which fires two missiles simultaneously. It's about 10 damage per hit, low blast radius but very high rate of fire like a machinegun.

I'm trying to fix up this revolver mod but there is a QQ glitch on it which is devastating because it's a 2 hit kill weapon. How can I prevent this exploit?
