1. eat a full pack of mint bubble gum or whatever. just chewy mint gum. until ur mouth is fresh as stuff.
2. take a bottle or large cup of cold water
3. chug that stuff. so much. like dont loving stop until there is no water left.
number 3 should be pretty hard because the water will seem to be cold as shiiiiit.
