Rest in peace big man. Hard to quantify the influence and inspiration he had on countless lives, its bittering that something like this made it so apparent. I dont know that Id have been so invested in learning 3d modelling and the-like if it hadnt been for his contributions.

in the past people didn't exactly have "advice videos" from people using the internet as a soapbox for their opinions either. how much of a moronic sack of stuff do you have to be to show you hate people ranting on the internet by ranting about it on the internet. truly sharing opinions about a subject is the epitome of not giving a stuff about said subject

and if i may so humbly add, if you think badspot not banning out and about loveual predators in a space filled with children means he wasn't being an "e father" and you feel like acquitting him of that, i think you probably just want to forget kids. no normal person thinks leaving predators in a space full of kids is acceptable at all, and i truly must imagine any argument for badspot's sake regarding that must mean you're just a shoddily closeted child predator. thoughts and prayers for the closest kindergarten to you.

I checked out the moment he mentioned Sam Hyde lmao

I think it’s impossible for a decade of this place to be inexorable from who I am, for better or worse. All I can say is thank you for the few that were fun and honest, I know quite a bit of us have moved on to far more niche communities (as is the way of the internet now). I think it’s quite astounding taking a retrospective at behavior considered vogue even 5 years ago. Not that it’s gone away at all, it just moves to different places.

Ayy cheers. Got tired of doing traditional line art so I moved into a more progressive workflow that looks a bit more blended. Among other things

Go to your config pool file and change the RAM (PoolCPU) allotment from 1.5GB to your system spec - 4GB (for Windows). Then change the GPU VRAM allotment from 3GB to your GPU spec. Enjoy actually optimized framerates.

Games / Re: are arena fps games pretty much dead?
« on: December 03, 2020, 08:19:39 PM »
Best feeling game I'd say is a step in the right direction for arena shooters was Titanfall 2. I think the big reason arena shooters don't stick on the mainstream is the skill ceiling can be reaaaally high, and those games don't really have "matchmaking". Newbies get absolutely blasted and makes it really hard to want to continue.
