intel graphics cards can't run shadows, period
the most standard ones handle regular shaders fine though

strangely enough that generic deviantart line leads me to a legitimately talented (if not misled) artist that is definitely not this guy
a little digging finds one this sketch by the above guy

which was presumably then traced by this fellow we have here, who neglected to change the filename
the same is presumably true in a similar fashion for the gohan

if you mean how hilariously stretched they are on the top surfaces in comparison to every other surface, i agree, it looks like he didn't map them quite right

decided to try similar rendering with some models i have laying around (haven't actually made anything in ages), they actually turned out pretty nice
