i think i tried hammer in the most lethargic manner possible at some point because i was thinking about using it for blockland interior modeling but then the S&S update happened and i was just like "welp"

transparency in general is extremely buggy in torque and i don't think anyone's really ever specifically figured out why
similar things can be seen in things like transparent bricks on buildable vehicles and through cloaked butterfly knives with invisibility watch

Speaking of which, I've been meaning to ask. Your drawings are cool and whatever, but if you want to do architectural designs, why not learn something like Blender or Hammer where the majority of the work can go into designing the space and then you can render/photograph it from whatever angle you'd like?

i do work in blender (although that minimal amount of building modeling that i do is usually in sketchup or maya), but drawing like this is more of a matter of just being able to say "ye niga i drew that baby by hand," and i can also achieve anything i want in it easier (for example just drawing something in a position that i want vs having to actually figure out where it should be in a 3d space relative to the camera)
it's really just a matter of situational preference and convenience
