that's a combination of my general inability to get the angle right and, frankly, a rather unhealthy appreciation of well toned women. the naked body that i sketched out before drawing the clothes was frankly really bulky, and rather than fix it like any well-thinking human being, i was just like "MAN WHATEVER SHE JUST WORKS OUT" and went with it. by the time i came to my senses, it was too late....

some scans from my 2013 doodle notebook (i say 2013, but it's really just because my last one was filled and then went missing....)
hover over images for barely coherent rambling comments and click for the unnecessarily high resolution image (2550x3300 @ 300dpi) that you already loaded because i'm too much of a fatty to actually resize images













looking at these now, i need to remember to flip the pages out of the notebook individually when i scan them so that they don't show through one another...

presumably because fred's art IS really mediocre at first, and it takes a long time (read: the two years before he goes solo on it) for a plot to actually develop; i'd guess it's kind of like how some people are annoyed by how much crap you have to wade through in homestuck to get to the good parts (and i'm hoping it doesn't follow homestuck's pattern by descending back into more crap)

shameful confession: i recently started reading and enjoying megatokyo after picking it up at my school library out of necessity for something to read
after two or three volumes gallagher got his stuff together and the art and writing weren't terrible, so yeah

and yeah, not that surprising frankly; the wii u was a little rushed, so it figures that they'd accidentally leave in some development functionality

But didn't the Metal Gear Solid series already come to a conclusion?
It could probably be some kind of remastered collection of the series.
