will probably be cut out of the pack until tier 3 is worked into all of this



the other tier1b weapons are not affected and will be joined by the Silenced Pistol, which is just fanwank but is still cool

trying to fix up the LMG. stuff is borked a bit, but should be good to go by next week

in other news: explosive tier 1 and 2 are in the planning process and 1 is about to enter the modelling process. expect old favorites, like the return of Jerry the Can (and Tom the starfish oxygen tank)

also, more technical things in the works for the rest of the tier+tactical pack

> tier+tactical will, from now on, be using item icons made by Choenis rather then Space Guy for aesthetic reasons as finishing touches
    (currently existing item icons will be replaced)
> new headshot CI for magnum, carbine and lever action rifle critical hits
> new 'flaming bullet' CI for other critical hits, like the assault rifle's first-round-tracer
> support for changing between "Bushido" balance, "Space Guy" balance and zombie balancing using RTB prefs
> 'reskins' of many weapons, for themed builds. expect the Future theme of tier+tactical some time by april
    ('antique' weapons like the Carbine and the Lever Action Rifle will be renamed for the sake of themeing)

Light Machine Gun slows me down when I use it. I'm not sure whether it needs to for the crossbow, the reload is longer than the other rifles and the projectile is slower.

Magnum: 40 damage, 80 headshot, 6 shots, inaccurate if moving
Scoped Magnum: 35 damage, 105 headshot, 4 shots, even more inaccurate if moving
Crossbow: 100 damage, 1 shot, pierces players (only useful for zombies), always accurate

... when the other two are supposed to be side-arms...

wait, the scoped magnum is like a modded revolver: it's basically a primary weapon >:o

also the crossbow feature should be updated later

I don't like bushido's ghost idea, Minecraft can be startling enough without ghosts coming out of a wall while you're mining.
loving imagine that, a foggy cubist ghost pops out of the wall, goes "WOOOOooo", haunts you, floats away, and you walk into some lava because of the haunting status effect



but you don't remember the burning-to-death part because YOU'VE ALREADY FAINTED FROM FRIIIIIIIIIIGHT.

oh i didn't see that

the crossbow thing is looking good. but, the LMG doesn't slow you down while you're firing it and the crossbow doesn't slow you down while you reload it

i know i never requested the second one but you should probably work that in :D

choenis' icons are antialiased and fix the coloring issue 'n everything

also it's based off the m1 garand/m14, but with a clip strapped to it



coincidentally it's loaded like a shotgun despite the clip

on the bright side choenis just gave me some new images to use as item icons: expect them in the next update for 2, 1, and 1a (and probably the new ones too)



oh, actually, choenis, you have the models you downloaded from my server: you can just use those to make new icons
