A raycasting weapon that leaves a huge green trail from the muzzle to the explosion area.
Long cool-down. Can total almost any vehicle in one hit.
i've actually got a railgun model in the works
it looks remarkably like a horizontal spartan laser, but it does look like a railgun.

if you feel like messing around with newer, unreleased mods, you should come and check out mine, despite the LONG loving LOAD.
past that, badspot's block party is a great place to just build, and supertoxic's and most of the clan-sponsored freebuilds are good places to just screw around too.

Also make the zoom always like 5x or so, just constant and non changeable.
yeah, i'm pretty sure that's what i'm doing with the new OSR
you can change modes by rightclicking, and the gun always stays at the same firepower and accuracy as long as you're scoped
however, when you're ambling around noscoped it's a bit harder to kill people due to the fact that the bullets are a forgetLOAD slower, a bit inaccurate, but still powerful enough to kill someone on contact
