Before I start here I'd like to say that Psp is a cool guy, but the server isn't. I came to his City RPG today to find some very unpleasant gameplay. Rarely do you ever find an admin on this server, and it is so easy for people to get a hold of vehicles and weapons so they can kill each other. Here is the evidence:

In the image below, take notice of the message in the cyan-colored box. That's me being killed right when I respawn.
Fantastic, a knife spawn right in the open where anybody could go over to it and grab one.
Here we have a random guy with a shotgun who just killed a player in the middle of the street out of nowhere.
Great, another player with a gun.
Though you can't see it, this guy is standing on top of a hill that borders the entire city. So now we have hiding places where idiots can safely shoot and kill others.
And now, to top everything off, we have grapple ropes, which people use to get away from the police.
Seriously, Psp needs to have better control over his server. If you let everyone get guns and grapple ropes, things aren't going to be pretty. Fizz417 in particular killed about 5 or 6 people before the cops finally arrested him, only to be released 3 minutes later because that's how long 6 ticks are. With all of this murdering and killing, I have no idea how his server gets 30 people like it did. It's very poorly controlled.
