They make the original trilogy and everyone loves it. They make the prequels and everyone says how it's nothing like the original trilogy. They make this movie and everyone says how much it's like the original movies. Make up your mind people lol.
This so much

from just this film its neither confirmed nor denied whether Finn lives or dies
at the very end before rey leaves you hear a doctor say, "we have a heartbeat"

"succeeding in everything he does?"
Does getting slashed though the back with a light saber count as succeeding?

If the movie isn't Alvin and the Chipmunks: Road Chip, she won't be interested.
does that mean I should cancel my date tonight?

7 may have had many similarities to 4, but the mains themes were very different. One of the original trilogy's main themes was Fate, while the newer movie edged towards the idea of Legacy.

yeah obi wan could've had thousands of one night stands
Also, when Rey touches the lightsaber, you can hear Obi Wan saying "Rey these are your first steps"

How is this remotely possible when Obi Wan never got married or fathered any children?
We don't know that, Obi Wan never said anything about his life after the clone wars when he was mentoring Luke

its unlikely but not totally impossible

What if Rey was Obi Wan Kenobi's granddaughter and not a Skywalker at all?

What if the Resistance had a child that they knew could use the force well
I don't think Finn is really too much of a force-sensitive person

yeah the movie never directly said "rey is luke's daughter"
but its pretty easy to speculate
another possibility is that rey was one of luke's students, which explains why when she touches the lightsaber, she sees kylo ren and his knights with a bunch of people slaughtered, that could be when he betrayed luke, and when that happened, Rey was sent off to the remote planet jakku.
max von sydow's character could be there to watch over him, seeing his obvious direct relationship with the resistance

it could be both also
