Modification Help / Milkshape 3D animation..

How? I tried messing around, searching, Googling... ect. I need just a small basic tutorial like:
1:Set frame (How?)
2:Save Frame (How?)
I just need really how to set a frame. I'm working on something that I'm going to need to animate to look realistic.

EDIT: I now need how to make the skeleton so that when I move the joint, the model moves with it.
EDIT2: I got animating down... how do I save the animation as one so I can create another? I also need to know where, and what to put for the animation name. So far I have it when a person is walking (Which I named: "FalilSwingWalking")
Where would I put this in a melee script?

Modification Help / How many and what Points do I need to set for a vehicle?

I have searched the forums already, but couldn't find anything, and MasterLegoDude's Tutorial  didn't say anything about vehicles, even thought the title said. I need to know how many points I need to put in, and what to call them for wheels, player placement, ect.

Please halp.

Ok, again, this is not from a already existing song. I made it myself.
So, I know it may not be good to some people, but I'm in my beginning stages of making "Ok" music.

This loop, is at loop that includes the following:
Kicks,
Snares,
Symbols,
hats and High hats,
And some PADs.

Clan Discussion / I'm not sure where to post this but...

I think there should only be one of certain clans.
I think there should only be one of all of the following.
          DMs.
          Building.
          Dominating?
          Creating/adding to BL.
          Ect..
What I mean, is I think every clan should have one subject. Or, if you don't want that, very few clans that have multiple styles.
What I'm saying is there are too many clans that have been around for a long tme that still suck.
I think there should only be the important ones left.
Such as:
          Eua.
          USSR
          INVA
          MotE
          So on..
There are too many clans in Blockland.... I think there should be fewer, too many to keep track of. If you agree, just join me, with no clan tags, no clans, no nothing.
Consider it, think about it. This section has been flooded with spam clans.
Just STOP!

Yep. The Cake "Equal" lie. Weird huh? Well, I made a build using BMP2SCRIPT, then I had to paint around the symbol a lot because of grays and stuff. This says "Cake equal lie" in Chinese.
I couldn't find a "The", a "is" and a "a". So.. here it is.

Well, I'm trying to make something so I decided to make a model for a weapon. Needs to be gun model. I need to know what program that will allow me to save the model and save it as a DTS file also. It has to be free too.

I try to join every server and it says this: "Subnet error: This does not appear to be a LAN game: 1"

Why the panda is it doing that?
And how do I fix this?

I only made the save file because my computer sucks and crashed a few times when trying to take pictures. Go explore it. By the way, its a bedroom map.
