That normal guy who couldn't help but crack a joke about the tournament and ended up being in it because of that one joke. He surely regrets it, but he's going all out in hopes of coming out alive and taking the trophy home.
Special Moves:
Visual Throw: He straight up throws his glasses at you, and for some reason, they hurt. A lot.
Charge Attack: He runs straight at his opponents at full force, inflicting a rather big amount of damage, but leaves him dazed, vulnerable to attacks.
Pencil Sword: As silly as the name sounds, he takes a large pencil and uses it as a sword. (The attack goes in the direction he's looking)
Red Tornado: He spins with his arms facing outwards, making him look like a red tornado. Anyone touched by him at this state will be significantly damaged, but, like the Charge Attack, he'll end up dazed and vulnerable to other attacks.
Taunt
He'll put his hands on his pocket and let out a small laugh.
Hypers
Hyper 1:
His glasses fire a huge red laser, and anyone caught in his line of sight will be hit by this tremendous attack.
Hyper 2:
He takes a pokeball out and sends out what seems to be a DRUNK PIKACHU. The Pikachu will then make lighting bolts fall everywhere with no specific direction, since he's drunk.
Hyper 3:
He looses his stuff and starts firing two guns everywhere around the map.
