Help / Bug: 2x4 Brick Can't Be Placed.

This happens on singleplayer and multiplayer. 2x4 is one of my most used bricks, and it's entirely broken?
Does this happen to anybody else?
Please fix this badspot.

I think I played this server ages ago. Some alliance popped up and we shot shot everyone from atop the buildings.

Yeah... The combine were not happy about that.
