I fail to understand why people get butthurt over me stating the obvious fact that, by default, users won't be able to access the Steam overlay and the RTB one in a convenient fashion because default bindings use the same command. Have a cookie while we wait for a Steam release.
i'd pretty much agree. people have a great enough desire to post here to be banned multiple times and still pay to come back.

sorry been carried away by gta v for a bit but spam me on steam and ill hosti stayed up to 3 am playing that last night, and i used 3 mountain dews to aid me!

well if we are going to be on steam, then we will have steam-list join friends function being added.rtb is here to stay. no matter what happens, rtb will still be a 'supremacy' because of its low player usage. steam is slow and buggy. rtb also has more capability than steam, like id lookup, mod manager, and a general discussion.
rtb might still be an awesome mod manager. but soon it will be pointless for chatting and friend listing.
why have multiple programs with multiple friend lists, when everyone is already on steam.
and yes... all your friends are on steam. anyone who even found and uses rtb is a steam user.
you guys can cut it out with that "i have friends who dont use steam but still use rtb" crap
RTB won't let me register, it keeps saying I have to have the game open, but when I do, it acts as if it weren't there.this is not the right topic to post this in. post it in the RTB Development thread in modification discussion.
