I don't think 24-30 hours is good response time for an average-level issue.
What was the problem?

It is when the two people running it work full time and don't live with their parents. Anyway, the issue was resolved and the customer is happy, that's the end of the issue.

Just to come back to the above, the initial response to the ticket was within 4 minutes and the problem was fixed and deployed in just over 24 hours - damn good support for $6 a month if you ask me.

A faulty RAM module in NY04 has just been replaced and the node is back online. I'll extend all NY04 contracts by 1 day later today.

Sorry for the inconvenience, please submit a ticket if you have any issues starting your server.

Any clients on our NY04 node, please be aware that this server went down at approx. 4am UTC due to a hardware error. Any servers online on that node will have been shutdown, but the node is currently online and stable. Datacenter engineers are currently investigating the cause and I will update when I have more information. As per our usual policy, any extended downtime will be compensated with a contract extension.

Oh right, you gotten your iPhone to show how much swag you have then if not for features? Or about how much money you have to waste on appearance? (Though how much you like the appearance of a iPhone compared to a Samsung/other Android is about opinions)
If you just play games on Xbox and you have a DSLR for pictures, and you don't care about the performance of your phone for either of those, you may as well as just dismember every single part of a phone into a part of your household, and just ditch your iPhone.Flash is supported by Android if you install Flash Player.

Lmao, calm it. iPhone is fantastic for browsing the internet, listening to music and taking quick snaps. I don't need 10Ghz 8 core CPU and 32GB of RAM and a 92" 4K screen for that, 4 inches and god knows what spec will do. iPhone looks nice and as a fashion conscious person (I don't wear combats or have long hair lol), that's defo worth a premium.

also, Flash support, but that barely needs saying

Pretty sure Android have dropped Flash too now, finally catching on to lame technologies. If only Android would get with the times and support WebSockets...

None of these are useful features lol, my car probably tells the temperature better, I have an Xbox for games and a DSLR for pictures. I swear manufacturers are trying to make phones do too much, iPhone is the perfect balance imo.

So all those specs and features and all you can tell me is it has a MicroSD slot - fantastic, will buy/10.
