There might be an anti-cheat script somewhere out there you can use, or just permanently ban anyone caught doing this.Is there a password system?
(i've never even tried to host a server)

Somewhere on this map is a racetrack with two NPC vehicles, you have to get a lap detector from the machine next to where you fix the settings for the race and weld it to your vehicle
But don't use Episode 2's vehicle, it's much too slow to keep up, use the vehicle from Half Life 2 instead
This one is even better. It has obstacles, more cars, and cars that are included.
