its seems to focused on features than actual things people would enjoy, aka

you need to make this server less "serious"

None of the T:T grenades cook (cooking a grenade refers to taking the pin out and holding it until it explodes). Unknown if the Frog's Weaponry grenades cook.

gravity cat's weapon pack has a grenade that "cooks"
