a lot of people who've used the cheat engine were just recently banned. a buddy of mine just got banned for two weeks for using the cheat engine.

They can fix it, sure, but they don't have to.if there are thousands of people experiencing this, when they mostly bought their game via retail, like third party websites or even the warehouse, it could very well be a problem on rockstars end. hell it might not even be rockstars end, it could also be the third party.
Dunno what "slow download speeds" you're talking about, went plenty fast for me.
of course i'd like to see some examples of rockstar help tickets where people have had the same experience.
