It's fairly new, probably built in the 90s. It was remodelled in the 2000s.
It is a very nice house, after the remodelling they added a second floor, a workshop, and a lounging area with a hot tub.

Update is better if you like to keep the visual style of the original game. Cinematic if you want to make it feel more realistic in the aftermath of the combine. IMO I like the cinematic, but I'd remove the models and use the vanilla ones instead.

I'm on his computer right now, so I can post.
He lives way out in the country in a nice big house, and lets just say it gets supremely dark out and the house never seems to stop settling. I generally dislike sleep-overs and such because I somehow manage to scare the stuff out of myself, however I try to just stick them out since they're my friends.
I've slept over before but the last time I did something extremely eerie happened. I was walking to the bathroom and I look up his hallway when the overhead light lit up really brightly and then just died. It was most likely a fuse burning out slowly, but nonetheless it scared the piss outta me.
So yeah I hate the country and definitely prefer big cities.

There are a stuff ton of Ghoul Troopers that I don't want to kill unless I know it's worth it.Camplight? Not really, there's a single quest down, and its also neat to explore to learn how it became irradiated. The ghoul troopers don't put up much of a fight.

I like to load saves and go around in power armor using the M2 Browning to just kill everyone. you can't stop a .50 Armor Piercing round. No one in the game is remotely powerful enough to stop me.

i downloaded a few mods like Project Nevada, WMX Mod, and HD textures. feels good playing again with some more exploitation. although there's glitches to be had. It's to the point where I can't get the entrepreneur -Boy anymore and somehow the Ultra-Luxe mission was broken.

But the younglings flew off in all directions and it was hilarious.

yeah some dodge builders can be roostery, but the most i've encountered are pretty chill. you guys must have just a bad string of luck running into starfishs.
i play dodge and i can i'm fairly efficient at killing things, especially bulldozers. i tend to put a lot of damage into my guns so they're worthy killing machines
