i've pretty much done the same as you. I keep checking up on this place, occasionally making a post here or there. Wasn't ever too big into posting even back in the day, but still this place is unironically a significant plot point in my maturing years. I do still wonder about a lot of the people I've met and how they're doing, if some of them are even alive. I did some clearing of my Steam friends list a long time ago to purge a lot of the people I don't hang out with anymore, but there's a couple exceptions, notably those I've reconnected with or those I considered some of my best buds back in the day.

anyways, regardless, for both bad and good I see everyone here I interacted with as a significant influence not only on my development but also, sometimes unfortunately, unforgettable. when i'm old and grey and if the alzheimers gets me I have no doubt I'll be mumbling about this place and this game shortly before I die lol.

kombucha ferments, so if you felt like you were drinking a beer, you drank some pretty toasty kombucha.

but i'm not a fan of it. nor am i fan of kvass which is similar.

I'm convinced a large portion of the active users are either extremely delusional or didn't exist when blockland was at its peak
the peak of blockland is enitrely subjective based on user end experience. personally i saw blockland peak between 2012 and 2015 because those were the years i was most active.

Man.. youre rich.
The plate carrier is relatively cheap for the afforded protection. the Sioen has tons of modularity, a neck proctor, groin protections and ballistic sleeves. ESAPI plates are pretty expensive tho.

Sioen Ballistics TG2. NIJ IIIA with optional plate inserts. Gonna order some ESAPI plates to fit in this bad boy so I'm extra protected.

Barely graduated highschool. Job hopped (because I didn't want to pay for college) at pretty much every entry-level position in my town until I found myself in a rut. Enlisted in the Marine Corps, failed basic training. Came home, got a basic job with tons of free time but wanted more money, so stuck my foot in the door at a pretty high paying job in my town. Been there for four years now and I make 6 figures a year. Considering taking up flight school now.

Trying to manage my mental health through sheer will and determination, and maintain all my relationships with various friend groups. Life for me is good right now, but despite all my various friend groups, I feel alone.
