I never use bots in vehicles.
I have yet to find or use another mod that is cripplingly incomparable with Bot events.
The decal face glitch stems from the Fillcan.
Used timed eventing or an alternate activation method for button using.
the fillcan has nothing to do with any guis

Lug, good news. I showed elm how to use smartgit.

And also, elm updated the server.cs with spawning, so i can start work on basic vce stuff.
Isn't including vce doing something like VCe_registervar(vehicle, health, %this.health)
omg i meesed that up alot its already 3:30 am

I have tested a portion of my RPG in a dedicated server. There were no issues.
Try leaving the server.

I used trace to figure out what packages were modifying serverCmdMessageSent, and deactivated all of them, and chat still doesn't work

EDIT: Chat works for non-admins only.
The message is being echoed to the server console, regardless of admin status, but it's not being sent into chat if client.isAdmin or client.isSuperAdmin are true
EDIT2: Spam filter is also broken, nonadmins can spam as much as they want
you clearly have some broken mod that tries to midify the message if its an admin, like admin shields
