FIX: I verified the integreity of the files and it said i was missing a few files. Steam downloaded them for me.

my GTA IV: PC copy is really glitching up. In some missions, incar dialog is missing, and on the mission Easy Fare, the game breaks.

I pick up the customer im supposed to drive, and, without the text at the bottom/the dialog that usually happens in the car, i go to my next destination (the GPS doesn't even guide me) I reach the area, nothing happens. I get out of my car to look around, i get back in the car, and while the customer is still in the car, it says "Go pick up Romans customer" and im like wtf.

im stuck at that mission and cannot progress. the same thing happens again
any help on a fix?
